Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to everyone who visits, uses, or purchases digital products from docs-toolkit.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1. Parties

This Agreement is concluded electronically between docs-toolkit.com (the “Seller”) and the person using the Site (the “User”).

2. Subject

This Agreement sets out the terms for the sale, delivery and use of digital documentation products — ISO and management system document sets, guides, templates, policies and procedures — offered on the Site.

3. Scope of Service

  • Digital document sets for ISO and other management system standards
  • Guides, templates, policies and procedure documents
  • Delivery via digital download links

All products are digital content; nothing is physically shipped. All prices are in USD.

4. Membership and User Obligations

  • The User confirms that the information provided at registration is accurate and current.
  • The Site may not be used unlawfully or immorally.
  • Purchased digital products may not be shared with third parties, reproduced, resold or used commercially (unless expressly stated otherwise).

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Product prices are the amounts published on the Site.
  • The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure.
  • No product is delivered before payment is completed.

6. Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered as a download link after payment is confirmed.
  • The User is responsible for providing a correct email address.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Digital content that is performed instantly and delivered to the user is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Independently of this, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Site content, design, texts, logos and all digital documents belong to the Seller. Designated trademarks and brands are the property of their respective owners.
  • The User receives a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased products within a single organization.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, sharing or distribution is unlawful. Permission requests are handled via the contact page.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The documents provided are for information and guidance purposes.
  • The Seller cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the application of the documents.
  • The User uses the documents at their own responsibility.

10. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, infrastructure failures, internet outages, cyber attacks and other events beyond the Seller's control are considered force majeure, and the Seller cannot be held responsible in such cases.

11. Changes to the Agreement

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on the Site.

12. Privacy

Users' personal data is processed and protected under the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.

14. Entry into Force

By using the Site or completing a purchase, the User is deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
